Yoga and Meditation Weeks
Yoga weeks at the lodge are a chance to escape from the stresses and strains of everyday and get back to a simpler way of life. The Lodge sits in a tranquil village on the edge of the Rila National Park surrounded by mountain views. Hatha Yoga and mindfulness meditation are held in the studio as well as on the deck in the sunshine.
On arrival at the airport, you will be collected by taxi and transported to the lodge where you will be served a welcome lunch and settled into your rooms. There will be an afternoon yoga session to iron out any kinks from travelling followed by a delicious dinner of locally sourced ingredients and matched to local wines. The days will then fall into a pattern of yoga/ meditation/ walking and trips broken up by an amazing menu.
